We are nominated for the Emerce Travel Startup of the Year!

We are one of the finalists that has been selected to pitch their start up in front of an expert jury. This year the jury consists of: Elisabeth Stevens (Rockstart Accelerator), Johan van Mil (Peak Capital), Eelke Pollé (Travel Impact Lab) and Marius Appelman (Riksja Travel). The winner will be Emerce Travel Start up of the Year 2019. But this is not the only reason to visit Emerce travel. Here are our 5 must-see tips:

1 - Opening key note

2 - One size fits none

Kristian Valk Hotelchamp talks about "why data is so essential to personalise the customer experience". Because nowadays, without data you are lost.

3 - Key note: Optimizing the journey of the Chinese traveler (WeChat)

Regional Director WeChat Pay Europe, Jeff Hu, will introduce WeChat and its pay platform. WeChat is a Chinese multipurpose app. Later, Valerie Soh will explain "how Schiphol and WeChat Pay are collaborating in optimising the customers journey of the Chinese traveler". An interesting presentation, as the number of Chinese tourists is increasing. So, why not meet them halfway.

4 - Smart online growth by data driven campaigns, personalisation and conversion

A very practical talk by Frans Appels (Netprofiler) on how to personalise and target different stages of the customer journey. Because growth doesn't need to be difficult to achieve.

5 - 48,7% more bookings at Oad through an optimised customer journey

Johan Smits (Yellowgrape) and Guido Voorbij (Oad) will explain how they increased the conversion rate by 48,7% at Oad. Definitely a talk not to miss!
