1. Measure specific goals

  • During the booking process: If they have to request information about [guest] experience, how many of these enquiries fail to become a booking? Why?
  • After making a booking: How many of your customers follow through to payment and turn up for that amazing experience? What can you do to increase this conversion rate?
  • After doing the activity at the venue: How did they rate it? How many of them want to come back over and over? Did they recommend you to their friends and family?
