HappyDays chose Briq to automate their booking process

With over 20 years of experience and 11.000 m² of activity and catering facilities, Dutch leisure center HappyDays knows what people of all ages need for the perfect experience. This unique entertainment center is extremely popular among people who live nearby, but also among those who are willing to travel some kilometers for a fun day out.

When HappyDays started working with Briq in 2020, their goal was to reduce the average time spent on phone calls from 12 minutes to 5 minutes and to automate their processes.

HappyDays needed one central place to manage their bookings

Because so many people wanted to visit HappyDays, the phone was constantly ringing for new bookings. At some point it became too difficult for the employees to handle all administration manually, which meant they were ready for the next step.

Kevin, Marketing and Operational Consultant from Red Rocket Online, helped HappyDays to find a suitable online booking system to have all bookings centralized in one place. Together with receptionist Odette he met with Briq’s Customer Success Team for an explanation.

Phone calls reduced from 12 minutes to 3 to 4 minutes

After a few training sessions all employees quickly mastered the new online booking system. Now HappyDays has a great automated process and they receive bookings through their webshop

If they now receive a phone call, it takes around 3 to 4 minutes instead of 12. They’re also happy with the acces they have to interesting data they can act on. For example how much money a guest spends per visit or which activities are most popular. 

Great results that give HappyDays more time to make their guests’ experiences even better.
